Bringing Disease Communities Together through Pharma and Non-Profit Partners
At Disease Management Network, we foster partnerships to create a positive impact on rare and chronic disease communities. We help our pharmaceutical industry partners identify patient communities that can benefit from a peer-to-peer disease management program, and assist not-for-profit organizations in expanding their reach and finding partnerships with those in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, we are proud to work with medical professionals, family members of individuals with a rare or chronic disease, and various advocacy groups.
